It looks like the art you see in British Columbia in the museums! very cool! p.s. you have beenuite prolific with your posting and you are drawings are beautiful. I love all the colours1
Very cool. Of course much of its final appeal depends on size and location. This will also dictate the desireabilty of adding color. I tend to agree with Princess Pepper Cloud though: black is the way to go.
This is a really graphic, but lyrical design...I think it would be an awesome tattoo. If you were to add another color, what would it be? How large would you make it, and where would it go? And... (so many questions..) how many tattoos do you have?
Steam ~ Agreed, I rushed into my first tattoo and don't really enjoy it 10 years later.
Teri ~ There are some fantastic tattoo artists out there who can do this and much more amazing things.
Ming ~ 30 day artist, I'm intrigued and will be going to that site next!
Unknown ~ It would be at the top of my right leg, half on the gluteus and then running down the leg a bit.
Carla ~ Not sure about the color, maybe a green in the A or the dots, possibly red. It would be at the largest about 12 inches long...depending on how the placement is on my leg/arse. When I get this one it will be my 5th tattoo. :) It's an addiction!
Thanks everyone for all your comments. They make me want the tattoo even more! Summer...I think I'll get it in the summer.

Awesome design. Very similar to the Northwest Coast Indian Art.
Cool. Keep playing with it until you're sure it's finished. Thanks for posting it.

This is a wonderful design... It would make an interesting piece of art if you applied it to almost anything...

Gorgeous, original tat. More people should have tattoos that revolt against the usual keltic knots and flames and Mom tats and roses, etc.
PS. I say keep it black. It'll go with all of your shoes that way. ; - D
This design is superb--perfect. Isn't it cool to know your tattoo was designed by nobody else but you?
Big A, whasup!
Love this one. Hey if you need someone to fill in with color send me a copy.... I am just a HOUND for coloring between the lines, natch!
Smooch,
The Tart
This is a very striking and graceful design. I really like it a lot.
Yes, very native AMerican. I love it! You'll have to include the photo of you with it. LOL! Mary :-)
You should make more tattoos!!
