Text says "As long as their soda cans are red white and blue ones."
Inspired of course, by the Cake song.

Lop Sided Box Bottom ~ 7/24/01 ~ 5x8

I was trying to work out a tattoo cover up in July of 2001, that is why you see all of these tribal looking things. They are harder to pull off than they look...getting both sides exactly the same.

There are some great sketches on this site - check it out. I have always wanted to experiment with water colors, but never have. I enjoy the color quality that water colors create.

DQ

http://www.show-me-dq.com/

This site has some beautiful drawings on it. It inspired me to put the gel pen down for a bit (PUT THE BUNNY DOWN!) and give the old ball point a try. Nothing of mine turned out as good as any of these, but it was fun. My attempts will pop up here sooner or later, I'll try and remember to put inspired by DQ when they do. I hope there are DQ 4's, 5's, 6's - on and on to infinity. Whoa - did I just type that?

Found this blog via Drawn!, my favorite part of this blog are the black and white photographs of the striped shirt girl in different scenes. I find those photos very mysterious and beautiful. I hope there are more posts like this for us to see!

14A ST JOHN STREET

Check this blog out. Many cool sketches and drawings! I made a comment on his blog telling him how much I liked the facial hair on some of his characters. Groovy!

It just came to me yesterday that I could blog about blogs instead of trying to add everyone to my links list. Now you can look forward to a link and a doodle daily. Woo-Hoo!
